Par Pacific operates refineries, logistics assets and fuel retail networks in Hawaii and the western United States. First-quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA rebounded to $91.5 million from $10.1 million a year earlier, while record Hawaii throughput highlighted better reliability. Looking ahead, the new renewable-fuels facility could broaden margins and cash generation, while repurchases enhance per-share upside potential.

Potential Risks
