DIRTT Environmental Solutions (DRTTF) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $40.3 million, up 4% from $38.9 million a year earlier. Net income after tax was $1.1 million, compared with a net loss after tax of $6.6 million in the same period of 2025.

The company updated its 2026 guidance to revenue of $175.0 million to $185.0 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $21.0 million to $25.0 million. DIRTT said liquidity was $21.5 million at June 30, 2026, compared with $32.1 million at Dec. 31, 2025.

• Second-quarter gross profit was $14.0 million, or 34.7% of revenue, compared with $10.8 million, or 27.8% of revenue, a year earlier.
• Basic and diluted net income per share was $0.01 for the quarter.
• Adjusted EBITDA was $4.7 million, or 11.8% of revenue, compared with negative $2.0 million, or negative 5.2% of revenue, in the prior-year quarter.
• Tariffs and related costs were $0.3 million in the quarter, down from $2.0 million in the same period of 2025.
• The company said an additional three weeks of trial in its case against Falkbuilt and others began July 20, 2026.
