Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in common stocks, seeking companies that appear to offer superior opportunities for growth of capital. It focuses mainly on large- and mid-capitalization issuers and may invest up to 25% of assets outside the United States. The investment adviser manages assets using a system of multiple portfolio managers, dividing the portfolio into segments overseen by individual managers. It relies on the adviser's professional judgment to invest in attractively valued companies viewed as good long-term opportunities and may sell securities when they are no longer considered relatively attractive.
