Fund Description

The fund believes companies undergoing Positive Dynamic Change offer the best opportunities. It targets High Unit Volume Growth companies with rapidly growing demand or market dominance and Positive Lifecycle Change companies benefiting from factors such as new regulations, product innovation, or new management. Under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in equity securities of companies within the market-cap range of the Russell 2000 Growth Index at purchase. Equity securities include common or preferred stocks that are listed on U.S. or foreign exchanges. It invests at least 25% of total assets in technology companies focused in medicine and information and may have 25% or more in either industry, and generally will own approximately 50 holdings. It may sell at a target price, for underperformance, or when other opportunities appear more attractive, and may hold cash and cash equivalents up to 15% of net assets.
