Fund Description

The fund normally invests primarily in common stocks, seeking early signs of long-term marketplace changes and focusing on companies that may benefit from opportunities created by these shifts. It examines technological advances, product innovation, economic plans, demographics, social attitudes, and other factors, which can lead to investments in small- and medium-sized companies. The fund may invest in domestic and foreign issuers and in growth stocks, value stocks, or both. Security selection uses fundamental analysis of each issuer's financial condition and industry position, as well as market and economic conditions.
