Fund Description

The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of U.S. equity and debt securities, and may invest up to 35% of total assets in non-U.S. issuers. It targets a balance of growth and income by investing about 40-75% in common stocks (including convertibles) and up to 60% in debt securities issued by the U.S. government or its agencies (including agency mortgage-backed securities), non-U.S. governments, and corporate entities rated at the time of purchase within the two highest ratings assigned by Moody's, S&P, or Fitch (or, if unrated, deemed to be of comparable quality by the Adviser), with up to 20% in unrated or below-investment-grade debt. Equity selection uses a bottom-up value approach, typically holding 30-60 stocks.
